Every pay-as-you-go appointment is secured with a deposit when you book. It is refunded in full if you cancel or rearrange with at least 48 hours' notice, so a change of plan costs you nothing as long as we hear in time. The detail is in our cancellation policy.
The full fee list
Every appointment fee we charge, with the time we set aside for it. Treatment itself, from a filling to an implant, is quoted individually after your consultation and you get the figure in writing before anything starts.

Treatment consultations
Thirty minutes with the dentist to talk through a specific treatment and what it would involve for you. Each is taken as a deposit when you book and is fully refundable with 48 hours' notice.

Maintenance plans
For patients who are dentally fit and want to stay that way. A monthly payment covers your examinations and hygiene appointments for the year, so you keep seeing a team you know without an invoice each visit. Plans are administered by Practice Plan.

Your dentist confirms which plan suits you, based on your oral health and how often you should be seen for examinations and hygiene appointments.
What the discount does not cover
The 10% discount applies to routine dental treatment. It does not apply to:
- Orthodontic treatment
- Cosmetic treatment
- Implant treatment
Patients on a plan administered by Practice Plan can also request help through the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Three ways to pay
None of them is compulsory. Whichever suits you is the right one.
Pay as you go
Settle each appointment as you have it, at the fees on this page. A deposit secures the booking and comes back to you with 48 hours' notice. Nothing to join, nothing to cancel.
A monthly maintenance plan
From £12.83 a month by direct debit. Your examinations and hygiene appointments for the year are covered, routine treatment is 10% off, and you can call on the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme wherever you are.
Larger treatment
Implants, Invisalign, veneers and crowns are quoted in full at your consultation, in writing, before anything starts. Talk to us about the options for paying at that point; there is no obligation to go ahead.
Why we publish our fees
Cost is the question most people have before they ring a dentist, and the one they are least likely to ask. So the answer is here. Every appointment we book has its fee beside it, and where a treatment has to be priced for you individually we say so, and explain that the consultation is where the figure comes from.
Nervous patients are a large part of who we look after, and not knowing what a visit will cost is its own kind of anxiety. Knowing the number in advance is one less thing to worry about on the day.
You will get a fully costed treatment plan in writing before any work begins, and nothing on it will be a surprise against this page. If something you need is not listed, ask us and we will quote it.

A 7 Step new patient consultation is £125. It runs 45 minutes and is our full assessment of your teeth, gums and mouth, with the dentist. If any treatment is recommended you will get it in writing, with the cost, before anything starts.
If all you want is a hygiene visit, you can book a direct access hygiene appointment with our dental therapist for £145 without seeing a dentist first.
